My Aunt Ingrid
You know when bad things happen? When things happen that you know you could have helped prevent? Well last year that happened to me. And, it was one of the most dreadful experiences of my life.

It all started one late afternoon. I was sitting in my bed doing my math homework. Nothing on my mind but the answer to 3.45 divided by 6x. I heard a soft rap on the door.

"Tap, tap, tap."

"Come in." I said still distracted by my math.

The door creaked open and in came my sisters Samantha and Anna along with my mom.

"What, I am trying to do my homework"

"I know sweetie but there is something you need to know."

I could already start to make out the lines under her eyes and the red marks around them.

"Your Aunt Ingrid has died. She passed away last night." My mom whispered.

I felt like I had just been run over with a truck.  I had known that she was sick and in need of a liver transplant but in my life I have noticed that most bad things turn to good, and I did not think this moment would come so soon. Suddenly my math was the last thing on my mind. I looked at my sisters and saw they were sad. I looked at my mom and saw she was sad as well. But, at that moment if you looked at me you would know I was devastated. I felt a flood of tears welling up in my eyes and looked down as they slowly came out and landed on my paper.

" It's ok sweetie, she is still with us even though she is not actually hear."

Looking back on that day now I wish I had gotten to know my Aunt better. I wish I had seen her more, and found out more about her. But I learned when you love someone and they die, they never leave you they are always with you in you heart, mind, and soul.❤️

AHW 11/2/14

Well, I just got back from DC! And I will tell you. That was an amazing experience. My favorite part of the entire trip was probably the illuminated tour. Which was basically we took a bus ride around the city and saw some of the most historic sites in the USA! I even got to see where Martin Luther King stood when he gave his "I Have a Dream" speech and I will admit the was awesome. I also got to see the Constitution, Declaration of Independence, and the Bill of Rights. Again the was soooooooooo cool!

So, many of you may not know this but I have a family of ducks that live in my room. They are not real life ducks that you can find in your backyard pool of pond but the are rubber ducks. Again, it is a little babyish but sometime it is fun to pretend. The family consists of 3 member. The mom Elphaba the witch, the dad Drake the vampire, and there daughter Lilly the hola girl.
This is there monthly family photo.....

And this is a picture of there family trip to the ancient Sioux tent.......

This is my in class writing:
200 Freestyle Relay
"Ok guys." I said to my relay team. "We can win this." We were in the final and fastest heat of the girls 11-12 200 meter freestyle relay. "Beeeeeeeep" the first whistle blew and our first relay swimmer my friend Gwen stepped up on the block. "Swimmers take your marks..... Beep!" And they were off Gwen dove into the water the waves splashing all around her from the other swimmers in the pool. At the flip turn point the next girl on our relay team Kat stepped up on the block. As Gwen charged into the wall Kat pushed off the block and dove into the water. We were in first but the second place team was only about 0.3 seconds behind us. Kat pushed off her flip turn and charged back down the pool. I stepped up onto the block an got into the starting poisson as Kat touched the wall.

AHW 10/26/14

Yesterday was the big game. And let me just say that by the end I felt sooooooo bad for all the Michigan fans. I mean they got creamed! No offense of course. Yesterday I also had a swim meet and I did pretty good. I also have a swim meet today but it is not till later. My sister Samantha is at her swim meet right now. And from what I have heard she is doing pretty good.
